This service will include intervention by our professional financial counsellors to mentally prepare the consumers for a healthy financial change in their lives and to install financial discipline needed during the course of this programme. .

This intervention includes financial literacy which will be offered to enhance consumers with knowledge about debts and also empower them with information necessary for them to make sound financial decisions in the future. .

The information to empower and enhance them will include coaching and informing them their rights enshrined in the legislation e.g National Credit Act, which protects them from any kind of exploitation possible by the creditors/debt collectors. This will include looking at issues of charging interest unlawfully and collecting on prescribed debts.
